Thinking about how people can help

Hello to all you who are friends of Bob!

We are glad that you would like to join us in helping to celebrate a milestone in Bob's life. We think there may be 100 to 150 people who would join us for this celebration, and the thought of one person planning and paying for that can be overwhelming. No one of us can do that, so that's why we have a committee (a community). We would love your help. Would you help by bringing either some party goods (paper plates, cups, plasticware and napkins), beverages or appetizers? And then would you tell us what you will bring, so we don't have too many plates and no napkins, or 10 kinds of chicken wings?

There will be a post for party goods, and you can record a comment in that area; one for beverages; and one for appetizers. Please say who you are and what you will bring.

That would be most helpful.
